Update to services and policy

Due to the amount of request we get on a daily basis we are updating our services and policy. We can only allow up to three updates per month on upgraded Premuim accounts. Invoices will be added to all DIY accounts before services are rendered and must be paid in full.
DIY accounts includes the following Salon Low Lights, Salon High Lights, Salon Network, Business Starter
Business Starter accounts include three website updates per month not including graphics. Graphics is a separate services and will be invoiced and paid before rendered.
Graphics include logo's, brochures, business cards, banners, etc.
